Happy New Year!

We're switching things up this year, instead of a workout of the month, we're featuring a move of the month.  We'll provide options that require equipment while others can be done anywhere.  Refine your technique and try a new variation! Up first  -

SQUATS

If you are looking for ways to spice up traditional exercises or add some variability to your routine, try these options. You can choose one or all as you focus on legs while keeping your core engaged. The squat incorporates every muscle involved in flexing the hip, knee, and ankle, and relies on a strong core to support the movement. Happy squatting!
